  • Preparing Your Tapes 📼

    Sort & Label:
    If possible, organize your tapes in chronological order. Use sticky notes or masking tape on the outside of the tapes or their cases (avoid placing labels directly on the tape). If you’d like them processed in a specific order, let us know. Otherwise, we'll process them in random order.

    Packaging Your Tapes 📦

    Secure Packaging:
    Wrap each tape carefully in bubble wrap to protect them during transit. Use a sturdy box to prevent any shifting or damage.

    Weight Estimates:

    • 8mm Tape in Case: approx. 4 oz

    • VHS Tape in Case: approx. 10 oz

    Shipping Instructions:

    Once you place your order, you'll receive further detailed shipping instructions via email. This will guide you on how to securely send your tapes to us, and where to send them. Please see our FAQ page for further shipping guidelines.

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 4-8 weeks to complete your order, depending on how many tapes you wish to digitize. Larger orders may take more time, but we’ll keep you updated.

  • Final Invoice:
    Once your tapes are ready, we’ll send you the final invoice. Any damaged or blank tapes will be deducted from your total, and your items will be shipped back to you.

    Download and Save Your Memories:
    After payment is received, your digitized files will be available for access in our cloud within 24 hours. You’ll have 30 days to move your files to your own storage.
